  • Read, think, and plan before, during, and after the seminar, to ensure optimal learning.
  • Participate in teleseminars (similar to conference calls) that will help me know you and help you know what to expect at the seminar. 
  • Reflect, examine, create, and generate throughout the seminar week.  One
    of the reasons we will finish each day by mid-afternoon is to allow you to have
    time to work with the ideas that have been shared during the day.  You may work
    in your hotel room, at your house, or sitting next to a nearby pool, lake, or other choice location.  It’s up to you. 
  • Interact with other workshop participants.  This lets everyone be knowledgeable about what is happening with members of the group and supportive of one
    another’s growth and experiences.
